Lori Moreau is an artist of flavours who operates the controls of Le Restaurant Panoramique by Le Roof bringing both romance and refinement. Inspired by the savoir faire of local producers and their high-quality products, she skilfully masters seasons and terroirs, in particular the jus that she likes to serve in the dining room herself, to add a finishing touch to the experience.
